Production



Melting is done in 3 different size medium frequency furnaces that have a total output of 1,8 tons per hour.

Molding of the grey and nodular iron is done on a full automatic molding line, which has a flask size of 600x500x200 mm. Molding rate varies between 70-110 moulds/h depending on the size and core intensity.




Mold production for steel and staainless steel castings is done by utilizing the resin bounded molding processe like CO2 and Alfa-Set. The weights of castings vary betweeen 1-250 kg.

Croning facilities are one of the strengths of our foundry, which is not widely offered nowadays. It is one of the reasonable solutions for better dimensional accuracy and surface quality. There are two molding sizes: 450x370 mm or 820x640 mm




Core shop of our foundry consists of 2 old-box and 3 Shell core machines. Maximum size of the core that can be done is 25 l.

Cleaning of castings above a certain size is the job of a hanging type shot blast machine that has a capacity of 1 Tone.




Cleaning of small size pieces with a higher volume is done by a conveyor-belt type shot blast machine with a capacity of 900 kg.

Cutting and fettling operations are done by the use of modern and efficient machines.
